You can easily sync data from your school data management system (arbor/isams/bromcom/etc). Please be aware there is a £3/month surcharge to cover the fee we incur from Wonde for each school.

Open the Sync Wonde Data page on the Admin Panel:

Log in to Wonde (or ask your Admin Department) to find your Wonde school ID and enter it on the page.

Your school (usually the Principal/Head Teacher or administrative team member) will receive an email to approve the data request.

Wonde will email to confirm the integration.

Click 'Sync' to view the list of your classes, students and teachers.

Select the relevant classes to generate accounts for all attached teachers and students.

You can allocate a teacher from the dropdown menu if they are not automatically allocated from the data in your system.

You can also select individual teachers and students using the menus below the list of classes.

Note: for large schools, try importing in groups of maximum 4 classes/100 students, to avoid overloading the server.

Syncing data between the two systems is sometimes tempremental – please get in touch at [email protected] if you experience any problems.
