How Rollama aligns to the English National Curriculum

All of our game pages and prompts are written with terminology and objectives aligned to the English National Curriculum (ENC).

We have included some concepts from other grammar frameworks, such as Cambridge International English (CIE), which extend the ENC for learners of English as an Additional Language (EAL).

For instance, the ENC specifies that English does not have a future tense, but instead uses present and past tenses in context to indicate future time.

We feel that EAL learners, particularly those with a home language that includes a future tense, will benefit from the CIE framework to make links to their mother language.
