Update Jan 2024 – We have made some big updates to improve reliability and user experience on iPads, and have not heard of any issues for several months.
If the site is loading incorrectly on your school iPads, please try one of these options:
1) contact your IT manager to investigate - we are happy to liaise with them, via our email contact@rollama.com
2) ensure the latest iOS version is installed
3) turn off '‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" in Settings > Safari > Privacy and then refresh the site
4) clear the browser history to allow a full reload of the site (Settings > Safari > Clear history)
5) try another web browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox)
6) contact us for further support at contact@rollama.com
